Shipping + Returns

After purchase your order will be scheduled for design. Some products will ship separately, you won't be charged separate shipments for the same order. If you forget an item in an order and place a new order we cannot combine the orders or shipments.

For most of our gifts production takes 1 - 12 business days and standard shipping another 3 -8 business days.

International orders may take up to 3 - 6 weeks (sometimes longer) for delivery depending on customs and normal transit delays. Please be patient and feel free to contact us if this time has passed and you have still not received your products.

Please be advised that as an International Customer, you may be responsible for any duty charges / VAT taxes imposed by your country on incoming packages. By completing your purchase you agree to be responsible for these charges. Everyoul will not be responsible for these charges or refund the charges back.

Also, note that production and shipping times are subject to change without notice, especially during peak seasons, such as Christmas and Easter. If we are in need of extra days, we will try to keep updated turn-around times on our home page. 

We do not offer delivery guarantees or refunds/exchanges for items that arrive after an expected date, so please be sure you are ordering your items well in advance. Generally, we recommend 3 - 6 weeks for U.S. orders, and up to 6 - 12 weeks for other countries depending on the product you plan on ordering.

Cancellations

We currently accept cancellations of gift orders up to 1 hour after purchase. One hour after purchase your gift goes into production and cannot be cancelled.

Returns & Exchanges

If you receive your item and it contains an error or it is damaged in any way, please contact us with clear photos of the damaged/errored item within SEVEN days of your receive date. We will then decide on the next step.

 

Refunds

We never refund for errors made by the customer or personalized items. Such as ordering the wrong size of a product. If you'd like to reorder the exact item, we will offer a discounted price of the original (non-sale) price of the item.

We never refund shipping costs. We also don't refund for lost shipments (you are responsible for contacting the shipping company that was used to ship it).

Example: If the item was damaged we may decide to issue a refund of the item, but we won't refund the shipping costs.
